Sorry for the delay on this one hopefully it was worth the wait!

Second time watching this because I’ve literally watched every single one of your story videos and like them so much
Ever hear what NAVY stands for: Never Again Volunteer Yourself.. …
AR platform in perhaps a newer calibre.
Most of the people who's stories you tell have very eventful childhoods and then military service, and after things quiet down. This guy however, seems to have just been getting started when that grenade got him!
Wasnt 5'8 average for a soldier?
44:15 Good job, employee. Exactly what you do in that situation. 😬 51:49 We're all put on this bright blue ball for a reason. May he hear his "well done".
Only Marines… Semper Fi boys! First to fight, and first to figure out we don’t need backup….
I'm not military, but I did a static line jump back in 1990 under the same old round 'chute & reserve set up - instructors told us the odds of both failing to deploy properly (aka: "cigarette rolling") were a million to one.. Unlike modern square chutes there's no "air brakes" - you're supposed to steer so you come in to the landing zone "holding" (facing into the wind) - so the forward air-speed of the chute is somewhat cancelled out.. Thing is even with perfect deployment & steering you *really* need to get your Parachute Landing Fall (PLF = legs together, knees bent & roll on impact) correct when you hit the deck - The week before I jumped, another lad from my college bollixed his PLF & broke his damn leg.. So, Jack getting his PLF so perfect that *despite plummeting to earth under a cigarrete rolled 'chute* he was able to walk away unscathed is absolutely wild to me! Truly Main Character energy! 😅
Wow, what a wild ride!
My father forged his birth certificate to join the 82nd at age 15. He dropped on Normandy and is now in Arlington.
That Auburn Speedster might be a million dollar car today
Damn 🫡
But how do you actually survive that fall though...from a plane. IN THE SKY.
Semper Fi.
8:30 sounds like a typical german childhood
it's crazy the amount of AWHOL that saved this country in WW2!
A prison cell. That’s where they store battle ready Marines after boot camp and MOS School.
42:00 The Airborne should have leaned into it. Even if Jack met his demise in Vietnam, they could have spun: "Medal of Honor recipient and WWII hero signed back up and wants to go to Vietnam. Will you join him?"
How did he survive that far of a fall out of the plane? ???
😂😂😂😂 desk pop at ntc 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
32:07 The most doc to ever doc. "Oops, looks like you got a grenade with you, let's just get rid of that" "Oh, enemies, sorry bud, you gotta wait a sec" "Right, they're dead, let's hope you aren't"
HOLD THE FUCK UP.. LOL😅😅 7 minutes in.. turns around to thank step dad.. he bounced. 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣.. I'm dead! 💀 ☠️ 😂😂😂😂 old dude was knee deep in mom and 2/3 through a 5th before little guy could turn around!😂😂😂
Man almost forced the grim reaper to retire from frustration.
Thank you call you men and women thank you
What a hero 🇺🇸🙏🏻
Sundays is a huge rip-off. $275 for 9 lbs! Waaaaay overpriced. I can make 9 lbs of jerky for half that and the meat is the expensive ingredient too.
lol omg that whole murder plot/sting operation was a whole other level of disaster
I have been listening to your shows all day. If I had a history teacher like you in Highschool I would have passed a class! However, instead of graduating highschool, my graduation came years later from the most prestigious school at Paris Island! No regrets!
Never got a tattoo until 2 years in 10th Mountain and it’s still the only tat I have
This man couldn't catch a break but he was the nicest dude
I enjoy watching your videos but I need more new content keeps replaying everything I've already watched from you
I enlisted in the Martians on my 18th birthday on the 120 day delayed program, I graduated high school, had 45 days to goof off then I arrived on the yellow foot prints outside the barber shop at receiving barracks MCRD San Diego, I spent the summer at camp Lejeune when I was 10, I even found a Stirling silver tunn tavern eagle globe and Anchor ring ,which I still have, on base while walking on the drill field by the snack shack where my sister worked(she went by Dee, Dotty, Dody and Dot). My brother in law was a Marine. I've been a marine for 56 years, I'm a Vietnam veteran, good story,,,😮🖖🤏🍺🍻🌭🌮🍕🍟🍔🇧🇸🇺🇸🏴☠️
I am left to conclude that volcanic ash permanently embedded into your skin must give you the protection of Maui or something. Like, I’ve heard of people surviving a failed parachute jump but there is almost some level of massive bone breakage. This epic MFer got said bet and stood up and walked away. I’m glad he finally got his happy ending and I’m glad he kept his promise to his mom. I think if other young war heroes (guys his age come to mind) had had someone who cared enough to make them promise to finish school when they got back… they’d have been a lot happier with their lot in life.
That's not a man, that's not even a MAN; this legend is a damn concept. It's like the concept of badass itself decided to incarnate and it's name was Jack Lucas! I'm definitely putting all the respect on that name.
The dad lore is insane
I enjoy all stories! Thansk and all the best from Poland
i think the funniest thing about this whole story is the fact that he signed up at 14 to go to war when you needed to be 17 but ended up going to war at 17 anyways, but had a fuckload of sidequests
21
How did he join the army with already being a disabled vet
Have u realized all the trouble makers was the heros that won all medals 😊
Legend
Not very lady like.....
You're 100% on point with this one my man. I would NOT call a 5yo a nigger but I absolutely understand her frustration. As far as donating money and "tribing up" I think people are tribing up with like minded people regardless of skin color. And donating to someone who's being attacked and cancelled by the woke mob is a great place to start
they just dont make em like that anymore
Heights are scared of him
That man has to be the real captain America
Another Friggin' great story. You couldn't make that up if you had a hundred years to do so.
thank you for your content. it's very informative
Elevenitis 😂😂😂
Damn good video. Excellent job!!
Imagine getting a traumatic fingering from FDR at your Medal of Honor ceremony. Sometimes truth is stranger (and funnier) than fiction.
Dan was the Man, as a young boy my dad used to read to us, but not doctor sues books, but books he wanted to read, Daniel k Inoues biography was one of my favorite books ever, Dan was 17 years old when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, in his own account and words that reiterated with me forever, Dan was walking down king street in Honolulu wondering what was going on when he looked up in the sky and saw a Japanese Mitsubishi A6M0 flying over, in his words he said a feeling of rage came over him and as a pure blood Japanese American, the only words that came to his mind and came out his mouth as he shook his fist at the Japanese plane was… “YOU GOD DAMN JAPS!!!” Today Dan has the international airport in Honolulu, the biggest road on the big island, that goes between the two major towns on our island, and an Arleigh Burke class destroyer, the uss Daniel Inoue DDG-118, and that’s just the major things that I know about… Safe to say Dan is the fucken Man!
Drivers become worse drivers with age, accountants make more errors working with the same 9 numbers they've always used with age, we get worse, slower, messier, speak louder but with less strength, hear less, listen even less, and I don't think anyone would disagree. Trump the same, he's always been a fair to moderate criminal, today's Trump is just an embarrassment to criminals and somebody should just tell him to stop trying to crime like it was the 80s. Dudes leaving muddy foot prints from the crime scene to the police department while live streaming from a parade float.
My grandpa did this but following ww2. He was 14, snuck into the army using his brothers birth certificate and would be 16 entering Korean war
That's the sort of man or woman I want to run out country. Not some silver spoon ignorant baby. I'm still a proud American. I love my country and appreciate everything it has given me. Unfortunately now with this baboon I feel misrepresented. His actions reflect on all of us
My brain hurts after this one lol
Jack Lucas sure looks like Norm Macdonald
Aaaaahhhhh!!! The tinnitus ring!!
Holy shit! This is got to be the greatest video about a US military veteran I have ever watched! Great job and now I will look more into this hero. I’ve heard his name before, but I never known all this about him. Why isn’t there a movie about this man!? His whole life would make the most incredible movie. Anyways, great job you’ve earned a subscriber.

How is this man's life not a movie?!
From right outside of Hattiesburg, MS and never heard this dudes name until now. Keep up the good work!
The IRS being a corrupt entity like always
As a young marine, I partied in tijuana. I do not remember anything about that day.
Prohibition was in effect during this time
The unsinkable Jack!👏
I will say this, I am a proud veteran. That being said, I knew how rlto drive a car at 14. What American kid didn't drive mom or dads car for a short distance.
man, your a kick ass story teller. every video i get like hypnotised by your voice. your like a hypnotist psyop or something.
Lol! 11itis
I admire you and your work so VERY much. I pray that your work finds its way into History Curricula of public schools and military academies across the land......and the rest of the world. History courses worth taking.
This would make such a great movie
Using the katty perry chart Stacey is now the Colonel cause she went to KFC once
1st Marine div salutes all our greatest kings ever 🏆🎖️🎖️🏆🎖️🎖️👑👑👑👑💪💪💪💪💪
BADASSERY!
Semoer Fi, Devil Dog. Thank you for your valour.
Holly Hell, no movie? Damn!
My grandfather was in the 82nd. When he was in Korea he jumped, parachute didn't open, reserve didn't open. He hit the ground and bounced across the road. Then a Chinese soldier rode by and shot him in both his legs and left him. He was in a full body cast for a year then when back into the Army as a medic

I have now watched over a dozen of your posts, and you are undoubtedly the best storyteller on YouTube.
I agree with you on almost everything Charlie Kirk We can't abandon capitalism or the guns our neighbors have will start to outnumber ours Its ridiculous to not acknowledge Christianity's values are the best thing since the dawn of civilization.
He has a very refined palate roflmbo
😂 bro glitched physics on that 21st jump
homie is gonna need to change his name to the yoked electrician pretty soon, or did they Mandela effect him actually being a wee bit of a chonky boi
God bless America!!!
You need to do a story about the navy guy that single handedly saved millions of Americans from boredom, not to mention educating all of us. THANK YOU NICK!!! FYI, elevenitus is freaking fantastic!
Hahahaha the 8 mile clip was perfect!

Marines don't die. They go to hell and regroup
I absolutely loved this video bro I love your content.
Forgery must’ve been a big thing during WWII because my uncle altered his birth certificate and forged my grandma’s signature on his paperwork so he could enlist in the Marines. He was 16 and spent 8 months in confinement at the base in California. Grandma went and got him but the Marines wouldn’t let him enlist after he turned 17 so he enlisted in the Navy. Shows how much times have changed because these guys were doing everything they could to get into the military and nowadays guys are doing everything they can to keep from having to enlist.
Yeah no. IRS needs to go.
F8cking A... love this man
Excellent summation
Ah one of the earlier "don't marry a single mom" stories. Neat.
I know u probably won't see this but please do a episode on sr71 pilots
This guy not only completed life, but all his side missions too
Make a new tank nick will notice that
The fat man is so good at storytelling I’d probably listen to him tell bible stories
Bro returned his parachute for a refund
What a great story.
im not american im south african but this makes me feel proud to be american
