My starter for Ruby was Torchic My starter for Sapphire was Mudkip And for Emerald I had Treeko. Overall my favorite starter for this generation was always Treeko. I named him Leafblade after the favorite movie I liked him using. At one point in my fourth play-through of Sapphire, I had a female Mudkip for some reason
